Este trabajo analiza el sistema de solución de controversias específicamente diseñado, con la introducción de alternativas a la jurisdicción, en el Reglamento (UE) 2019/1150 sobre el fomento de la equidad y la transparencia para los usuarios profesionales de servicios de intermediación en línea, que ha entrado recientemente en vigor.
Renewable polyol obtained by microwave-assisted alcoholysis of epoxidized soybean oil: Preparation, thermal properties and relaxation process

[EN] The soybean oil polyol (SOP) use as feedstock in the polyurethane industry has been recently emphasized due to its excellent resistance to hydrolysis, which is also applicable in coatings and thermal insulation. In this article, the SOP was obtained by a very fast microwave-assisted alcoholysis of epoxidized soybean oil (ESO). The preparation method, thermal properties, and relaxation process were evaluated. High yields as opening and consumption epoxy group and selectivity of 99.8 mol%, 985 mol%, and 71.2 mol% were obtained. [EN] This article describes a new simultaneous method for the analysis of sulfur-type poisons, hydrocarbons and permanent gases affecting the productivity of the Ziegler Natta catalyst during the synthesis of polypropylene on an industrial scale in a fluidized-bed reactor. The identification was achieved employing a configuration of the seven-valve chromatographic system, with events at different times, allowing distribution of the sample through multiple columns, and finally reaching the helium ionization detectors of pulsed discharge, flame ionization and mass spectrometry. Social rating agencies implement complex filters to identify the companies with the best sustainable and social performance and help investors select the companies for their sustainable portfolios. This study analysed whether companies that are defined as ethical, sustainable and socially responsible by those agencies actually deserve this label. More specifically, the inclusion in the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) World of companies that have been involved in controversies according to the Thomson Reuters Eikon database was studied. [EN] The aim of this paper is to study whether there is a change in the association between employment conditions and European employees' well-being at three different time points (the years 2005, 2010 and 2015), characterized by different socio-economic contexts. We based our study on the European Working Conditions Survey. Logistic regressions were performed by adjusting for gender, age, level of education, seniority, occupation, establishment size, activity sector and economic activity.
